Our Service
We are forming a large group of domain owners to help the legal owners of stolen, or hijacked domains, to help get the domain returned to the legal owner by pressuring the orginal (losing) domain registrar and the new (gaining) domain registrar to help. Domain registrars CAN do more to help domain theft victims, and with enouph pressure from the registrar's customers, the people that keep them in business, we CAN get some relief. One victim's voice tends to not be heard by the registrars when there are a sea of victims trying to get someone to listen and return their rightful ownership.
We will investigate claims of theft and if there is evidence of a hijacking, we will contact both registrars and new domain owner through both emails and phone calls. When a claim is established to be valid, an email will go out to all members informing them of the theft, and who to contact with the evidence of a theft.
As long as ICANN.org and the registrars believe they will suffer no monetary or image damage by all the domain thefts and cannot be held responsible to their customers, the domain thefts will continue and the victims increase daily. .
With your help, we can put the domain registrars on notice that we will not accept the standard brush off of "the domain was transferred per ICANN rules and policies". Join in helping us make a change for the better and to put domain thieves out of business. It's free, and someday when you need us, we'll be there for you!
Thanks,
