Welcome!

We are working on this site and will have it completed shortly!
Have you had one or more of your domains stolen and experienced the frustration of no one getting involved to get your domain(s) back? You are not alone! Domain thefts are on the rise, and it's because the thieves have found out how easy it is to steal domains, and just how little domain owners can do about the theft once their domains are stolen. ICANN.org's "policies" for domain transfers benefit the thieves and not the actual owners, and are only ment to protect themselves and the registrar's from court judgements against them. And, the only recourse for domain owners that have their registered domains stolen is to spend thousands of dollars.

Because of ICANN's lack of concern for domain owners, only rich businesses have any real hope of getting valuable domains returned to them. This makes stealing even slightly valuable domains very profitable (and nearly risk free) for the criminals, as it's unlikely that the real owner will be able to afford thousands of dollars for arbitration, an attorney and federal courts.

Why are there so many stolen domain?
Thieves are making a killing using ICANN's own domain transfer policies to steal and sell other people's domains.  And the domain registrar's are following ICANN's policies as tho they were engraved in stone by the finger of God himself.  Why?  Because if they can cover themselves with "the domain was transferred per ICANN rules and policies" cop out, they can make themselves feel they have no obligation to the true domain owner (their customer) to use their time and resources helping the victim, and they are no longer responsible. Or, in other words, "the domain owner brought it on himself by getting hacked, and he has to deal with it, not us".

The sad truth is that if you are not a big business with tons of money, you probably won't get your domain back. Thats where we come in! We are creating a "union" of legal domain owners to put pressure on the domain registrars and ICANN to stop the thefts and return our domains.

Just think about it... If ICANN & the domain registrars get enouph emails with proof that a domain was stolen, they will eventually make changes to protect and retrieve stolen domains, if only to make us stop bothering them! I am NOT suggesting spamming anyone. Just reporting to ICANN about a stolen domain and inquiring about a stolen domain to the registrars from our members.

If you would like to be a part of our union, then check out the links at the top of this page, and join us today! If someone has stolen your domain, let us know and we will start a campaign of emails to help you get your domain returned!

Thanks,
